Aviator (£100/month) - on-demand travel for regular flyers
Clubmaster (£1,000/month) - flexible travel for government, businesses and hotels
How long do I have to sign up for?
Membership commences on the date of your first payment and continues on a rolling monthly basis until cancelled.
There is no minimum subscripption period and members may cancel their subscription at any time. No partial-month refunds are issued.
How do I cancel my membership?
Members may cancel their subscription at any point after joining by emailing info@1hop.club
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current monthly billing period. No partial month refunds are issued.
If I cancel my membership can I rejoin at a later date?
Members who cancel without having made any flights (e.g. signed up but never flew) may rejoin at any point without restriction.
Any member who cancels their subscription after having made one or more flights under that membership is subject to a 24-month re-joining blackout before a new membership application will be accepted.
The 24-month blackout period is applied to the passport holder and cannot be circumvented by re-applying under a different email address, account name, or through a third party's Clubmaster account.
1 Hop Club reserves the right to terminate a membership immediately and without refund where a member has materially breached these Rules, including but not limited to providing false identity information or facilitating the circumvention of guest travel limits.
Who can fly under a 1 Hop Club membership?
The primary account holder may fly on any booking made under their membership.
Wayfarer members may fly up to three immediate, named on account family members living at the same address (spouse, civil partner, dependent children under 18), without restriction. Anyone not named on the account is classed as a guest and subject to the guest travel limit.
Aviator members may also fly up to five immediate, named on account family members living at the same address (spouse, civil partner, and dependent children under 18), without restriction. Anyone not named on the account is classed as a guest and subject to the guest travel limit.
Aviator — Crowd Hops. In addition to named family travel, Aviator members receive two Crowd Hops per calendar month (equivalent to one return day trip). A Crowd Hop is a whole-aircraft booking on which the Aviator member may fill every seat with non-member guests — friends joining for a lunch, a golf group, a day trip. No other passenger is required to hold a membership. All guests remain subject to the guest travel limit set out in the rules and must have a valid passport registered on the system.
Clubmaster members may designate any named individual to fly, including clients, employees, and guests, subject to passport verification.
Guest travel limits. Any individual who travels as a guest under a Wayfarer or Aviator member's booking - including on a Crowd Hop - is permitted to do so on a maximum of two occasions per calendar year across all Wayfarer and Aviator bookings.
After two guest flights, that individual must hold a current membership at minimum Wayfarer tier before they may board any further flight booked under a Wayfarer or Aviator account.
Clubmaster members are exempt from this rule. A Clubmaster account confers the right to fly any individual at any time without restriction on guest frequency. Guests travelling under a Clubmaster booking are not counted against the two-flight guest limit and are not required to join as members.
